India announces the launch of the India-UN Development Partnership Fund at the United Nations General Assembly Ocean Conference

H.E. Mr. M. J. Akbar, Minister of State for External Affairs, announced the launch of the India-UN Development Partnership Fund in his statement “The health of oceans will determine the health of our planet” at the United Nations General Assembly Ocean Conference.
